  • 1 kg side of salmon deboned
  • 250 g natural coconut yoghurt
  • 1/3 bunch dill roughly chopped, plus extra to serve
  • 1 lemon juiced, divided

TOPPING

  • 200 g sugar snap peas trimmed
  • 150 g green beans trimmed
  • 1 bunch asparagus woody ends trimmed
  • 4 red radishes thinly sliced
