Roast Salmon with Greens
Ingredients
- 1 kg side of salmon deboned
- 250 g natural coconut yoghurt
- 1/3 bunch dill roughly chopped, plus extra to serve
- 1 lemon juiced, divided
TOPPING
- 200 g sugar snap peas trimmed
- 150 g green beans trimmed
- 1 bunch asparagus woody ends trimmed
- 4 red radishes thinly sliced
