Ingredients
- 4 stems broccolini
- 1 cup chilled coconut water
- 1 Granny Smith apple quartered, cored
- 3 Qukes®
- 1 handful 20g baby spinach
- 6 mint leaves
Instructions
- Wash broccolini and put into a snap lock bag. Microwave for 60 seconds on High/100% power. Plunge into a bowl of iced cold water. Drain, roughly chop.
- Pour the coconut water into blender, add broccolini and remaining ingredients. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses or jars and serve.
