Ingredients
 

  • 400 g red papaya seeds removed, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups coconut yoghurt
  • 200 g muesli gluten-free
  • 2 cups banana pureed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Place 4 tablespoons of yoghurt into the base of 4 glasses.
  • Top with 2 tablespoons of muesli, followed by 2 tablespoons of banana mixture and a pinch of cinnamon.
  • Repeat layers until glasses are full. Serve immediately.
