Dairy-free? No worries. Our gluten-free and vegan, Papaya Coconut Pots are a great way to start the day.
Papaya Coconut Pots
- 400 g red papaya seeds removed, peeled and diced
- 2 cups coconut yoghurt
- 200 g muesli gluten-free
- 2 cups banana pureed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Place 4 tablespoons of yoghurt into the base of 4 glasses.
- Top with 2 tablespoons of muesli, followed by 2 tablespoons of banana mixture and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Repeat layers until glasses are full. Serve immediately.
