Glass jar with layered yoghurt, gluten-free cereal and papaya

400g red papaya, seeds removed, peeled and diced
2 cups coconut yoghurt
200g gluten-free muesli
2 cups banana, pureed
1 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Place 4 tablespoons of yoghurt into the base of 4 glasses. Top with 2 tablespoons of muesli, followed by 2 tablespoons of banana mixture and a pinch of cinnamon. Repeat layers until glasses are full. Serve immediately.
