Gluten-Free Peaches and Custard Recipe

Ingredients
 

  • 4 slices gluten-free bread
  • 170 g peaches in juice
  • 4 tablespoons extra thick gluten-free custard

Instructions
 

  • Preheat jaffle maker.
  • Drain juice from peaches, then roughly dice.
  • Place 2 slices of bread in your heated jaffle maker. Top each slice with peaches and a dollop of custard. Place remaining bread on top to form a sandwich. Close jaffle maker and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until bread is golden and hot. Serve.
