Chia Energy Balls

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup medjool dates pitted
  • 1 cup cashews
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • cup Raw C Coconut Water with Protein

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor place all the ingredients. Process until smooth.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a tray linked with baking paper.
  • Refrigerate until firm before serving.
