gluten-free pork sausages

yellow onion
sliced into 1cm-thick rings
1
apple
cored, peeled, and chopped
1
tablespoon
gluten-free soy sauce
1
tablespoon
balsamic vinegar
1
tablespoon
gluten-free Worcestershire sauce

tablespoons
tomato paste
2
tablespoons
gluten-free BBQ sauce
400
g
tin gluten-free crushed tomatoes
1
tablespoon
gluten-free cornflour
mashed potato
to serve (optional)
steamed greens
to serve (optional)
Instructions
Arrange sausages, onion and apple in the base of a slow cooker.
Whisk together remaining ingredients to form a sauce. Pour over sausages and onion. Cook, covered, on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
Serve with mashed potato and steamed greens.
